This hotel is situated on the north coast of the island, in a peaceful location, only around 5 km from the tourist district of Puerto Plata, where a variety of shops and entertainment venues as well as various attractions are to be found (a shuttle service is offered from the hotel). This hotel features 250,000-m² gardens in a former Hacienda. Furthermore, the transfer time to the airport is around 45 minutes.

Facilities

471 rooms, including 22 junior suites, 8 suites and 274 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Internet access (for a fee) is available to guests in public areas.
