The resort is located on the west coast of Barbados, also known as the island's gold coast. It is 30 minutes from the capital of Bridgetown and 45 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport.

405 rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service are available.
