This small luxury hotel is situated in the centre of the Borovets ski resort, 20 m from the slopes. The hotel is quiet, cosy and peaceful, but at the same time nightlife is in full swing in the immediate vicinity, with the resort's biggest entertainment, sports and bars being located within a diameter of 50 m. Sofia Airport is roughly 60 km away and Plovdiv Airport is approximately 120 km from the hotel.

In addition to 8 villas/houses, this spacious property includes a residential complex with a lift,made up of a 3-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Awaiting guests are 18 rooms, including 2 studios and 4 double rooms. Check-in/check-out is possible 24 hours a day. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the holiday village provides various services and facilities, including a cloakroom, a safe, a TV room and a conference room. Internet access in public areas (for a fee) allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.
