The apartment complex is situated near the River Maritza, overlooking Rodope Mountain, right in front of the northern entrance of the International Plovdiv Fair, on a main boulevard in Plovdiv city. The centre of Plovdiv is about 1 km away, where a tourist office and the Old Town are located. Plovdiv Airport is about 20 km away.
