The resort is located on the north coast of Bintan Island, offering an exclusive villa lifestyle amidst the mystic appeal of its natural surroundings. From Singapore, it takes about 55 minutes to reach Bintan island, after which it is just a 10-minute drive to reach the resort from the ferry terminal. The picturesque island resort' surrounding environment comprises coconut trees, the open sea, ancient forests, hills and mangroves.

Privacy and a pleasant ambience set the 12 villas/houses apart. The 24-hour reception desk makes arrival and departure effortless. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a conference room and a business centre. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus.
