The hotel is located in a quiet residential area in Oslo named Frogner, behind the Royal Castle, Frogner Park and the Nobel Centre. The main street Karl Johan is a 10-minute walk from the hotel, or 3 minutes with the bus/tram.

13 single rooms and 43 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk makes check-in and check-out easy. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
