The hotel is located 15 minutes from the city of La Paz Baja California Sur, on Av. Topete between the Av. Malecón and Av. Gral Manuel Marquez de Leon. The sandy beach is in the immediate proximity of the hotel.

2 junior suites, 6 apartments, 9 single rooms and 35 double rooms are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed in the lobby.
