Gaviotas Beach (Seagulls Beach), one of the nicest and safest beaches in the resort, is only a few steps away. The old town and lighthouse are 15 minutes from the hotel, whilst the city aquarium and the baseball stadium are just 5 minutes away. General Rafael Buelna International Airport is some 25 minutes (35 km) from the hotel and there is a bus stop nearby.

The holiday village has 89 rooms, including 5 junior suites, 2 suites, 6 single rooms and 74 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
