This apartment complex is located in Puerto del Carmen in the southern central part of the island of Lanzarote, only 50 m from the beautiful, long sandy beach. The capital of the island, Arrecife, is only a 15-minute drive away. The complex enjoys an excellent setting, just a short stroll from the resort, shops, bars, nightspots and restaurants (all within 100 m). Guests will find links to the public transport network within 50 m of the complex and it is only a 10-minute drive from the airport.

Facilities

Guests have a choice of 97 rooms and 58 apartments located in two 2-storey buildings. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a currency exchange service and medical assistance. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
