Location
The hotel is situated amongst mature trees and elegant gardens, directly overlooking Lake Maggiore. It is right in the middle of Baveno's town centre, which has many shops, restaurants, bars and pubs, as well as a tourist information centre. It is just a few minutes’ walk to the sandy beach and to the park. The train station is about 500 metres from the hotel.

The hotel has 374 rooms, including 34 suites, 37 single rooms and 285 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. A cloakroom, a safe and a currency exchange service are available.
