Location
Nîmes is located between Provencal and Languedoc on the Domitian Way, which runs from Spain to Italy. It is thus a point where several cultures meet. During a visit, it is possible to see the different Roman monuments including the Amphitheatre, the Maison Carrée, the Tour Magne and near Nîmes the Pont du Gard. Nîmes is situated between Camargue, Cévennes and the sea, close to Arles and Avignon. A lot of different trips are possible for tourists.
