The ski hotel is situated opposite the drag lift, 800 m from the centre of Niederau and the mountain gondola. Surrounded by mountains, forests and rolling pastures, the establishment is just 7 km from Wörgl. The rustic Gästehaus is approximately 300 m from the hotel. The ski bus stops outside the hotel and offers a regular service to the resort centre, Oberau and Affach.
