This private residential development is located on the seafront in one of the best spa areas in the southwest of Lanzarote, known for its mild and gentle climate. The complex is located next to Playa Blanca which has a marina and fishing port that allows guests to practice water sports as well as golf, tennis, paddle tennis, squash and cycling. Links to the public transport network are roughly 500 m from the bungalow complex and the beach is some 2 km away. Lanzarote Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 km.

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A library, medical assistance and room service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
