The house is located in a quiet and secluded small development, without a service area, 4 km from La Vega de Sta. María (Avila), 5 km from the junction of the road from Avila to Valladolid, 6 km from Velayos (Avila) and roughly 20 km from Avila.
Facilities
Guests have a choice of 4 double rooms. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
