The villas are located in the environmental oasis that is the apartment village Sol Stella Maris, 2 km from the Umag town centre. Guests will find a selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs within short walking distance, as well as the beach and plenty of shopping venues.

The property includes 180 villas/houses as well as 180 rooms. Check-in and check-out are possible at any time at the 24-hour reception desk.
