Location
The hotel is located on the far end of the Medina, in the Sandillon district, named after the builder of the first windmill in Essaouira. It is next to the Squalla and the ramparts of Essaouira and is the only riad in front of the ocean in Morocco. Access to public transport is around 300 m from the hotel and the beach is about 30 m away.

The hotel has 45 rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock.
