Location
This highly traditional and familial luxury hotel lies centrally between Garmisch and Partenkirchen. Both can be reached in around 10 minutes by car. Many walking trails are to be found directly outside of the hotel meaning that Partnachklamm is only a 40-minute walk away. A train station is to be found nearby. A train leading up to the top of the mountain is 400 m away, whilst lifts are situated 1 km from the hotel. Links to the public transport network are only steps away.

Built in 1911, the hotel is characterised by historic charm. 80 rooms, including 22 single rooms and 48 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A safe and room service are available.
