Location
The establishment is located 200 m from the beautiful Playa del Duque beach in the heart of the best area of the South, close to prestigious shopping centres with the best brands, supermarkets, cafés, bars and restaurants. It is within 10 minutes’ drive of the golf course and 5 minutes from the central Tenerife Top Training high-performance sports centre. There are links to the public transport network just beside the finca and the bus station is about 20 minutes’ walk away. Sur Reina Sofia Airport is about 17 km away.
Facilities
The finca welcomes guests in a 3-storey building with a lift and 5 rooms. A variety of shops are available, including a supermarket. The grounds of the finca feature a playground and a lovely garden.
Rooms
The rooms have a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Guests may securely store their valuables in a safe. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. Equipped with internet access, a direct dial telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

The sports and entertainment facilities the finca ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. Guests can use sun loungers and parasols on the terrace.
