The third smallest of the major islands and a 25-minute flight from Honolulu or Kahului, Lana'i offers a breathtaking expanse of cloud forests ringed by secluded white sand beaches and rugged red lava cliffs. The island is approximately 21 km wide and 29 km long, with ground elevations varying from sea level to more than 1,036 m. A place of deep cultural significance, Lana'i features many historical sites, old fishing villages and unique topographical attractions. Today, the island's only community is the quaint old plantation town of Lana'i City, with a full-time population of 2,800. It is located in the cool central region of the Island.

Facilities

Guests have a choice of 8 suites and 94 double rooms. The resort provides a safe, a playroom, a library, room service, a laundry service and a business centre. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.
