Located in the heart of the Seminyak area, the resort is in a perfect location for all types of international travellers (honeymooners, families, business travellers or individuals). Petitenget beach is a 7-minute drive from the resort, whereas Kuta beach is a 10-minute drive away. The centre of Kuta can be reached in 10 minutes and the Discovery Mall in 15 minutes by car. The nearest park, Waterbom Park, is also a 15-minute drive away. The resort is situated only a 15-minute drive from the Ngurah Rai International Airport.
Facilities
The property includes 7 villas/houses as well as 14 rooms. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, the finca provides a currency exchange service. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Among the standard features of some rooms is a terrace where guests can relax.
