Location
This villa is very close to the Rubicon Marina, considered one of the most modern in Europe, offering a wide variety of excellent restaurants, shops and terraces overlooking the sea. The villa is situated near the towns of Playa Blanca and Playa de las Coloradas. The bus station is around 100 m from the villa and the beach is roughly 1 km. Lanzarote Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 35 km.
Facilities
3 rooms, including 2 double rooms, are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and an auxiliary building. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.
Rooms
Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms have a double bed or a king-size bed. Guests may securely store their valuables in a safe. Features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. Equipped with internet access, a television with satellite/cable channels and a DVD player, the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.
Sports/Entertainment
The sports and entertainment facilities the finca ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. Guests can go for an energising swim at the freshwater pool complex (in part heated). Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. Active guests can enjoy golf.
